I have s-Techs right now and i was just wondering if any one knew what was the stiffest spring that i can get with out going to coil overs. Keep in mind the s-techs are # Spring Rate: F(207 lbs), R(179 lbs). I would like to keep the same drop if not more.

Thanks

i'm no expert by any means, but i think the s.techs are about as low as you can go without coilovers. rs*r race springs are pretty freaking stiff but they don't lower even as much as the s.techs.

Just checking but a higher spring rate is a stiffer spring right.. cuz the Rs*r are Spring Rate (F/R lbs.): 168 / 168 and S-tech Spring Rate is F(207 lbs), R(179 lbs) so....

What shocks are you using? If you want the stiffest springs, you better get the stiffest shocks. And no, the stiffest shocks are not AGX. :( ....or else your shocks will blow out, and ride and performance will suffer.

really... :-( well i guess i am doomed to live with the current setup cuz for the price of the race springs and konis i could buy a real coilover setup

You should get a coilover setup then. It doesn't make sense to me why people keep redoing their suspension over and over(unless they make different plans for the car). I say just pay a little extra to get the right part the first time.

I'm debating weather or not to use rsr race springs on my stock shocks or suck it up with messed up suspension and save for KTS coilovers.

I know this now.
