whats wrong with your synchro's??? I might know of a "quick fix" that will help you out...

well the thing is that i'm trying to buy some PPG gearsets (their supposed to hold more power than the full RA tranny) but the thing is that I don't think they come syncro treated like the RA's though. Its gonna be a straight 1/2 and heletical 3/4 and stock 5. Don't know if that matters

OK, go ahead and order them, what will happen is that it will be a lil noisy when going down the road...kinda like reverse (not that loud tho) thats about all. But, if your synchro's are griding when you are shifting, then thats where my quick fix comes in...=)...but you will not need that.

Please what is your quick fix??? Just to have in the back of my brain.

change your tranny fluid to ATF+4. I know its automatic tranny fluid but its really good. you can only find it at like a chrysler dealership. all you can get anywhere else is atf+3 and its crap.
