ls tranny, in first gear take off its kinda shutters and leaves of the line, comin out of first into second u gotta ram it it...and then third fourth and fifth sometimes...wtf is wrong...it just started this tonite

Could also be your clutch going out. If the disc isn't completely disengaging it could make shifting difficult. Is it harder to shift at high RPMs? Does it grind ever? Does it pop out of gear?

when my LS synchros were going out, it would grind if I shifted over about 5500 rpm. When my gsx's clutch went out, it was very difficult to shift right before one of the springs popped out and the car wouldn't shift at all.

By the way, one thing you could check is your clutch fluid level. If your master or slave cylinder have a leak it will cause the shifting to be funny. However, this is usually signaled by a softness in the clutch pedal. Often it will lose so much pressure it will practically fall to the floor.

Clutch chatter? I have an unsprung 6 puck and if you don't let it out just right it shakes like a bitch.
