wire up a 4 wire o2 to a stock wideband

i have a d16z6 equipped vx hatch. my z6 harness needs a 4 wire but i got the 5 wire wideband how do i wire it up.

harness wire colors:
orange/black
white/black
green/white
white

o2 sensore wire colors:
red
white
yellow
orange
black

i am throwing an o2 sensor code, so the sooner i get all my problems straight the better
