i'd prolly go with eibach sportlines .......alittle bumpy but i guess it all depends on the person and what they are use to. progress springs are pretty good. I'm not you so i dont know what car's you've been in so ask some buddies who have different. i drive hard to hand prefer stiff springs.

i have s.techs on my mr2 with kyb agx shocks and i like them a lot. they gave me a nice drop, decent ride quality and performance. i don't know about with other cars, but i like them on my car. plus, they're cheap!

Same here, but I have an RSX Type S.

Performance-wise they suck ass. They're way too soft and pillowy for any spirited driving.
However, they DO lower your car a tad bit (not too much, maybe an inch and a half or so), and they DO ride extremely soft and pillowy, but not bouncy. I had them on the 01 Prelude I had for a few months before I got rid of it, and they rode awesome. Made that fuckin' boat feel like a big ol' boat.
For performance, I'd look more into Tein's full coilovers (SS, Flex). For just a normal-ass slow daily driver, I'd go with the S-tech's.

i don't know how they differ from car to car, but i know on my car, they are not all that soft. they have some of the higher spring rates of aftermarket springs for my car actually.

Don't get me wrong, they're stiffer than stock...
But compared to some SS's, or some Skunk2 springs, or GC coilovers, they're like riding on a pillow.
When I had my EK FoDo, I traded some kid a 99 Si ecu that I had laying around for some S-tech's. Took my Ground Control coilovers off and put the S-Tech's on (I had Tokico HP struts, too), and rode on them for maybe a day before I put the GC's back on.
They ride good, but they don't hold a candle to a real 'performance spring' (not that GC's are top-of-the-line performance springs, but you get the idea)...I got 'em for the prelude because I knew that they'd get rid of some of that horiffic wheel gap, and it'd ride smooth as crap. If I was to get another Prelude, or an Accord or something slow like that, I'd more than likely keep the stock struts and slap some S-tech's on...other than that, I'd stick to something stiffer.

it says right on the box what they are best at. "Dress up masters", thats all they are good for. they are really soft. ud be beter off going with ground controls or tein ss.

depends on the car and weather or not you care about adjusting dampening within the car instead of getting out of the car
but to give youa rough estimate prices start at about 850 and can go to about 1200

well in that case i recommend going with sportlines and some AGX shocks. either way if you're dropping the car and want to do it hastle free upgradin the shocks is another must IMO and also depending on the extremeness of the drop, a camber kit may be needed as well
so you're still lookin at 400-500 for a spring/shock combo
