i drive a 2k2 honda accord 2dr

Someone in the parking lot bumped my bumper. They ran away and i could not get the plates. Now on the left side of the car the gab between the bumper adn the rest of the car has goten bigger. Now i did not want to go to a shop yet to get it looked at because i do not want them to remove my bumper and say you need a new one. I am pretty sure there is only a crack on the inside where it snaps in place with a hanger. Is there a way to fix the crack? because i do not think i can afford a new bumper right now. If the crack is fixable how much would something like that cost? i also assume i will need to get the whole bumper re-painted and blended to the rest of the car. What would the total cost be with the repair (if it is possible) and the whole thing repainted and blended?
Any shops near the woodlands that anyone can recomend?

thanx

if the bumper is fiberglass its pretty easy to fix, just need some fiberglass mat and some "Kitty hair" brand fiberglass. mix the fiberglass, spread evenly on the inside, lay some fiberglass mat while its wet, let it dry, go over with some fiberglass on the mat. stuff dries pretty quick so you hold in place to get the shape back once the inside is secure you can add fiberglass to the outside and and it back smooth. cost for you in materials 20 bucks pay someone a 100 to paint it and your done. a shop will charge like 250 to fix it all for you

stock bumper IS salvageable. its urethane...you can just mold it back into shape and use a little filler to restore all the lines back to it.

trust me.

i am goin thru the same on my front bumper.
