Lower Front Tie Bar Question

I installed one of these on my car and well what is giving me a problem is that when it hits something for example if it rubs on a driveway or something, it pops out of place and becomes loose. Making the bar useless. I understand that my car is lowered, but i was wondering if that is what will keep me from not retaining this bar? I angled the bar all the way to the back but it still rubs, and taps the transmission and makes a rattling sound. So i took it off. I asked the guy that i took this pic from and he said it hasnt given him any trouble. Just wondering if ya'll had any suggestions to what i can do? Thanks!

either your driveway is too steep or your car is probably slammed. either way you will probably have to raise it or remove it.
