it's pretty easy on this car, since you don't have to relocate the bracket on the frame.

you'll need the pedal assembly from a 5 speed civic, the master cylinder, clutch lines, slave cylinder. You'll need the 5 speed rear transmission bracket, top transmission bracket, and front transmission bracket. Obviously you'll need the 5 speed transmission, a 5 speed flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, throwout bearing, clutch fork...umm i can't think of anything else. oh yeah, you'll need the shift linkage.

You'll need to do a little wiring to get the reverse lights to work and to be able to start the car.

It's not really that difficult of a job, but it does take a lot of work.

well, a 1 would be knowing how to check your oil, a 10 would b assembling a motor or a transmission from a bare block or casing. Doing a motor swap would be about a 5 or a 6.

I'd say the 5 speed conversion is a 6 or a 7, just a little harder than a motor swap.

it's hard to determine how difficult a certain thing is since everyone learns in different ways. Hope that helped a lil bit.

btw you need a 5 speed ECU. i almost forgot.

also, the 5 speed flywheel bolts must be used. the auto bolts are too short to be safely used.

just IM me on AIM or call my cel. my cel is always posted in my profile on here.

oh btw, i'd say it would take a day or two to do this conversion for the first time. Someone really good at doing it could prolly do it in 4 hours.
