how do you reset check engine

How do you reset the check engine light? I have a ek civic dx hatch. Thanks

push in the odometer reset and hold it in. turn the key to acc power and wait for it to go out then start the car. that's all

Has this CEL been reviewed by the dealership? Did they fix the problem but forget to clear the MIL?

If that guy's method doesn't work, pull the negative cable off the battery for about 15-30 minutes. Should clear it.

just get the problem fix that should work, if not u can go to autozone n they can clear it for u
