ok so i got my turbo kit setup and ready to install, but i just want to ask this question, i iwll be running a td04L off a wrx, do i really need to clock the turbo so the oil drain is facing down?? will the oil pressure be enought to force the oil out and around??? if u look in the pic u will see the drain spout facing stright up, what should i do??? thought bout bendin the oil return and just running it like that. i dont know just check out the pic and let me know what u think

y wouldnt u clock it so the charge piping n oil return goes teh right way :ugh2:

the oil return is fed by gravity the oil pressure will NOT force the oil up and out that oil return. clock the drain facing down or you'll be burning tons of oil and have a bad turbo in no time.

thanks for the help guys i know i could but i didnt know if i really had to. now i just have to get that snap right off, wish me luck

r u going to be running no A/C? if u r ur going to need to turn ur turbo the other way :thumb:

yes turn the return all the way down man. www.homemadeturbo.com/forum start reading
