I want to know something. Why is it that every summer it seems like bikers seem not to wear their protection gears much? I know its hot but there are lots of crazy people driving during the summer.

Well... if you have ever commuted in the Houston summer heat you will know that showing up at work drenched in sweat is not fun at all. Additionally sitting in traffic with a 220 degree piece of metal between your legs is also not so pleasing. My 954 used to roast the hell out of the ol' boys in traffic. Another reason why we need legislation to pass the bill for lane splitting in Texas.

Anybody have updates on where the bill for lane splitting is at?
