sr20det straight drop in a USDM s14?

is a sr20det a straight drop into a 95-96 240sx? i mean i know its not gonna bolt right up and everything all perfect like, but theres no extensive modification that has to be done is there? i know someone o here jus had that done so im positive at least one person knows for sure. thanks for any help.
