View Full Version : EBC brake pads, and where to get?
I'm looking at buying a new set of pads for my vette since they have only been changed once in 35 years, and I need to rebuild one of the calipers. I was planning on getting some EBC rotors, but I'm thinking if I'm going to spend $600 on rotors alone I might as well save and invest in a wilwood kit later down the line.
for now the plan is to buy some EBC Green Stuff pads, anyone have any experience with these? all i hear are good things...
also, best price i found was $56 for a pair (70 corvette), anyone know of a cheaper place before i order em?

do you have any suggestions then (keep in mind this is a heavy ass domestic)?? the s2000 community absolutely loved them (though i never used them when i had mine).
i'm planning on keeping stock rotors and calipers for now... fyi

for all your braking needs, i usually go to www.importrp.com (http://www.importrp.com). They all have the best price anywhere

i have the EBC greenstuff pads and they work great w/ my brake setup (rotora slotted) they have had a great rep. with the Acura 3.2TL guys.... and btw i got mine for 62ish shipped from Tirerack.com, i think they are discontinuiing them over there thats why they are much cheaper...you should check it out. :thumb:
i had planned on ordering from tirerack as well, $57.99 a pair when you buy all 4
i went ahead and ordered them from tire rack.. $122.50 shipped for front and back!

I use the EBC green on my VR4 and it I noticed a big difference. I think they are some of the best pads available.
