As for atheletes, many do it and do their best to cleanup prior to drug testing. The entire portland trailblazer squad used to all smoke dope. It's dumb they get tested for soemthing that has no effect on their ability to perform the sport.

You are OBLIGATED as a professional athlete to hold your contract and protray a good role model for kids and fans. Thats the nature of the game. Thats why you get paid millions. The only reason why he is pleading to get reinstated is because the Dolphins wanted their money back for breech of contract.
