I'm thinking about getting a XR or GU coilover setup, from Touge Factory.
I just wanted to know if anyone has a Kei Office setup (But I doubt it)
I havent heard anything bad about them except the price. :D

Put it this way. The drift king (i forgot his name) made this company and designed the coilovers. A drift KING.
if you've ever seen the drift bible, the talks about the kei office setup on an s13 for a little bit. It sounds like his setup pwns everything else, as far as drifting on the s13 is concerned.

I was just talking to a guy i know who has a S13 coupe he says Kei office sucks. He says if your looking for a suspension that will last you a long time Kei Office is not the choice.

Mario Andretti sports Magnaflow... don't see you suggesting that to everyone.
And Mario Andretti is a shitloads better driver than Tsuchiya ever could have been.
Look past the propaganda and get some real facts on the suspension. Honestly do you really know what you are getting without supportive information like shock dynos? You really think someone's friend can really tell the difference between 370 lb. and 400 lb. of dampening force, and make an accurate judgement that an 8 kgf front spring supports his vehicles specific weight distribution correctly and has the correct dampening ramp effect (gain in dampening force between low and high speed valving) and valving to support the spring to prevent ocillation.

i went with the rs*r race springs and the AGX's.
pros
1. don't have to worry about adjusting the ride height, or getting them all the same
2. i got a great deal, so inexpensive
3. this set-up is more for beginners
cons
1.can't adjust ride height
2. if you're really serious, you can't corner weight
3. coilovers are stiffer

Right now, I have stock with sway/strut bars. I see no point in "dropping" my car until I can buy the SPL coils.

Am i the only person that thinks its odd how the majority of the pro drift cars i've seen in vidio's don't have strut tower bars? Or have i just not seen enough...

Believe its because the pro cars have thier roll cages integrated into the body. They find alot of chassis reinforcement in plenty of other places other than strut towers braces.

the only reason i can think of is that strut bars don't do anything, or fuck up suspension to negatively effect drifting.

nevermind the fact that poorboy just gave you the exact answer why they don't run strut bars.

yes and no
they are adjustable not for stiffness
but for rebound, 4 way in the front 8 way in the rear
i ran S-tech with AGX's
i ran a 2/1 daily
and 3/6 on the track
