whats the widest possible tire that will fit on a s14 SE rim. 205 isn't wide enough. My friend who just swapped his sr20 in can't get traction worth shit.

225/60/16 or 235/55/16 but thats an odd size. These are the 5 lug 16s right?

what kind of compound tire is he using? wider tires would make a difference but the tread pattern and compound will make more of a difference.

i like riding 205/55/16 for the front and 225/50/16 in da back

Cheato's... Oops.. I mean Nitto's 555R. That usually solves most of the problem.

werd might want to consider using different tires opposed to different widths

ive got 225's on my 16x6.5's. i wouldnt go wider. id get stickier 225's, imo

Azeni RT-215 for a 16"
available in 215/45ZR16 and 205/55R16

Discount tire the 215 for $110/ea and $87 for the 205.

go to www.tires.com and do a search by size.

or get some 300ZX rims.. if you really want wider.
