I am looking for someone who does the manual swap at a real good price less than or equal to 1200. Can any one recommend a place besides Lightspeed Performance, i have already talked to them they are a little too high on the price.

that's pretty much the price you'll find anywhere man. plus with Lightspeed, you know you're getting good work done.

Jisatsu, they do good work and have done the swap before, about the same price though.

If you pay half the price I can almost promise you will get half the job. dont cut corners when it comes to your car, its just not right.

I would recommend going to LightSpeed, because obviously they know what they are doing and that is a very complicated conversion, I had a homeboy that paid this dude he barely knew to convert his 91 civic hatch from an auto to manual and to this day his car never ran right! once he stuck his key in the ignition he couldnt remove it.
so who does the manual to auto swap!!!!

Exactly.
Finding the cheapest doesnt mean your always finding the best. If your wanting someone to do a bid war for your business, its not going to happen. 240sx auto to manual conversion isnt like doing a Honda. Lightspeed has done a lot of Nissan work from SR swaps to 300ZXTT engine work. Look them up www.lightspeedperformance.cc

i got my car converted just last month and it turned out to cost $ but i got a new clutch, pressure plate, and some other stuff which turned out to be $200. It works pretty good but it took the place 4 weeks, when it was supposed to take 2. Go with lightspeed, i wouldnt trust anyone else. I went to #1 Allstate Auto Parts off of 249N. In all my 240 works good, he was working on a KA24 engine swap on another 240 while mine was there so they have had some 240 work. I paid $450 for the transmission and parts and $500 for labor. I wanna go back and get some 5-bolt hubs from a 300ZX and the brakes as well, but i wont have them install them, ill get someone else to do it(should i go to lightspeed for that?)...I would have to recommend getting the swap though, its much more enjoyable, and speed is greatly improved.

i have a question about this... if i go to like lightspeed or jisatsu and get this conversion, do they have the transmissions already available to be swapped? or do i have to provide everything for them to install? this will be done on an integra. thanks

They can order the parts for you

i dont know but there are plenty of salvage yards that would have them. I got my tranny at a salvage yard and had them do the swap also.

if they order the parts for you, does that add on to the 1200.00 price tag? or is that the price for everthing. installed?
