I think imports are a waste of time. You have to put waaaay to much money in them just to make them run 14's if that. Get a domestic vehicle and then you will have a REAL car.

I'm in the low 14's (maybe high 13's) and it didn't take much to get me there even with the price of the car.....You obviously don't have too much of a life if you have to come to an IMPORT site to TRY and degrade import owners for fun.....Go back to luvin yer sister and crying about yer low gas mileage....fgt.

My opinion differs on some domestic drivers but this is an exception....I am labeling this person as a complete redneck unless I change my mind.....Not all domestics are rednecks, just this one IMHO.

my car is a stock 14. and now i am a mid high 13 with almost nothing done......hmm......oh yea, i can beat domestics too. oh well, next time you check out the place where your rods and pistons are made, if its a chevy, then check in japan, a ford, check in a plant in the US. sorry, but your domestic "american" car has parts from japan. thx, try again later.

this topic has been beaten the death over the years and in the end both domestic enthusiast and import enthusiast spend the same amount of money. maybe not the same amount on parts, but when u look at how much gas some of those cars use up.. itll equal out to what import enths use on parts and save on gas.. :snow:

agreed. i cant drive a z06 like i did my celica...i cant even accelerate as hard as my celica did in a zo6 and expect to not have to fill up. you can see the gas being drank up.

but its a zo6....so its fun :)
