Is Houston ready for another Formula Drift event?
If so what would you like to see?
Next year we expect about 50 teams committed to the series
Right now we are planning for 6-8 events throughout the country
Is houston ready for another one?
Please post suggestions etc...Thanks

Is Houston ready for another Formula Drift event?
Sure, can you come tomorrow? :D
Suggestions?
1. Can you use someone other than Ticketmaster? :hs: Most, if not all, would agree that it's a pain dealing with them. Then again, I'm not sure if that's under your control or the Reliant Center's.
2. Can the VIP seating people get some shade? That seemed a bit odd, the people who paid more sitting out in the sun, while the people with the cheaper tickets were in the shade and probably had just as good of a view. :-/ How the bleachers are set up is probably more of a facility issue, and might not be under your control, either. :dunno:
3. Would there be any chance of seeing more Japanese drivers? We don't get the D1 GP out in these parts, so it was great seeing the likes of Yoshinori Koguchi, Akinori Utsumi, etc, and even Nobuteru Taniguchi, even though he didn't drive. :( How about Ken Nomura, Katsuhiro Ueo, Takahiro Ueno or some other D1 drivers?
4. Come back soon!! :thumb:

4. Come back soon!! :thumb:We are currently working on a June date for Houston 6 to 7 dates throughout the country

That's all great to hear, except for #1. But hey, y'all can't do anything about that one. :hs:
Oh, one more "suggestion." Got any marketing jobs? I've got my BA, so I could help. :o :roflmao:

man I had a hell of a time at the last show but the crowd was so dissapointing hardley anyone was cheering. If we want drift events like this to keep comming to houston we should show a little more interest. Otherwise everything is fine

To tell you the truth, the American drivers are not that far behind, i think they would get even better quicker with better competetion

one thing i didn't like was the VIP seating was out in the sun
