we should be discussing real issues, like...

how kerry winning the election could influence our economy in both the short and long run.

how bush or kerry will be appointing several supreme court justices in the next presidential term.

how a change in administration could have a significant impact on the ongoing war on terror.

kerry's voting record.

the bush administration's questionable politics and ethics.

not the candidates vietnam records....or what some radical right or left wing 527 group is saying in pathetic political attack ads.

i also wish the news media, along with this forum, would start covering th real issues as well and stop throwing fuel on the raging mudslinging fire.

I agree that everything that you've mentioned is important--as well as charactar...Which is being outlined currently for Kerry in some of the recent ads and debates.

I believe that it's fair because of all of the charactar attacks that are (and have been) constantly being made on the President.

Not many people in the media and elsewhere complained when it was specificly directed at Bush...but now listen to them roar.

I say...lay it all out on the table. Bush has zero to lose at this point.

We should be discussing why schools spend so much money on football feilds and baseball feilds and yada yada yada, when there is much more important things that the money could be spent on. We should be discussing why we are at war when very, very few positive things have come from it. Who gives a rats ass about Kerry and how he has bad mouthed Vets or Bush and his "plans" for his possible next term in office.

thats the people of our country to be held responsible for those things.....when you pay the high prices for tickets and basically show you are ok with it...they will continue.....I agree with you......this society is kinds back asswards on a bunch of things like that........good post on your part :thumb:

you gotta know, the kerry side was the one instigating the "I'm a war hero and your not" ....now, there are people in the world that say they know the real truth behind this so-called hero....and now that they have fundage to be able to get their side of the story , right or wrong out to the populace......the war hero wants it stopped....even after he allowed some of them to stand on stage with him and blab so called good things about him......besically he wants censorship to the people.....lets show them what we want them to see.... .......he did start it.......
