my lakers have done me wrong..real bad..they did my boy shaq wrong...
i feel betrayed and almost..almost..wanted to forget bout them completely..

its not gonna be as dominant as it was with shaq..but more of a run and gun type of offense..and some penetration/cutters game..vlade can pass from the post..odom and kobe are gonna lead the league in foul shouts!! grant can help on the block along with medvedenko who both can knock down an occasional 10-15 ft jumper..butler will be a nice fit now that payton was traded...which was a bad trade..i see the lakers making the playoff 6th-8th spot with a good 1st round exit or maybe a 2nd round exit....i like the rockets more now that they got c.ward..which i said they were gonna get snce last year...also love the nuggets ..they gonna be a good physical team up front on adding k-mart...

now i gotta go with my boy shaq...automatic championship contender for the heat..with eddie gettin open shots and d.wade penetrating dishin to shaq or main the offense collapse is gonna be great...then they added wesley person for that 3pt spot up shooting..he's 7th best @ 3pt shooting among active nba players..and has been 2nd place at the 3pt shootout the last 2 years be4hind only peja...and they added pg Damon Jones from houston...this dude is gonna be a premier pg with the heat where he avrged 10pts 7.8 assts in post season with the bucks last year...YA KNOW WHUT IT IS!!!

and of course the pistons.. :o

The Heat will not have this complete turnaround in one off season just because that big fat overpaid rapper is trodding around in the paint.

The Payton trade is nowhere near as bad as the media is making it out to be. Take a good look at the guys that LA got and their ages. Keep in mind there is also a desire to bring Kidd to LA, on his part. So don't count them out just yet.

Rockets will be great this year.

The Kings are falling apart from the inside out.

The Pistons will be in the Eastern Conf. Finals for sure at least.

its not a little its way over. :roflmao: but imo LA would need alot more then kidd and kobe to be a title contender anytime soon. With a weak frontcourt LA would get killed.

Well I personally think that the Lakers Suck Ass And basically what they are doing is getting rid of anyone that kobe has a problem with... But I don't see them finishing higher than 7. Now about the Heat!! Shaq is going to lead the league in scoring and Carry the Hear to the Eastern conf Finals where they will Lose to the Pistons... Now on the west. The rockets will go into the second round where they will lose in 7. It will be San Antonio Vs. Minnesota with San Antonio winning... Well I personally think that Jason Kidd will stay in NJ Due to the Fact that he is over paid and no one is going to take his salary.. Watch out for Memphis and Denver in the west and watch out for the Pacers in the East.. And thats all I have to say about that!

Lakers will probably make it to the playoffs around ranked 6th, 7th or 8th in the West but won't make it past the first round. Even if they did get Jason Kidd, they still wouldn't improve their chances that much. Kobe can't lead a team an entire season and it will show this season. But then again that's also just my opinion. I never liked the Lakers.

divac doesnt hurt because they still have brad miller, whos better than vlade in my opinion. losing peja could break them. how old is c webb?

C-Webb is in his late 20's early 30's. You could get alot of great players or a number 1 draft pick for trading Peja.

In my opinion, with Shaq gone, it's more of an opportunity for Kobe to spread his wings and play his game without intereference. He's one of few shooting guards that has the ability to take over games and dominate. Rarely has that been seen since the absence of Michael Jordan. I don't think they'll have the best record next year, but they will be major contenders in the playoffs.

Man the only reason why Kobe was every able to take over a game was because he had the big guy in the paint. Every teams main focus was to stop shaq ( except the pistons ) and that is why Kobe has been soo good was because all the attention was not on him.. But this season all the teams will stop Kobe now do i think he still won't avg. 25+ Yes he will but he will be shooting the ball 40times a game... Bottom line the Lakers Suck and they made a big mistake by letting Shaq go.. Kobe will not bring them a championship... I mean come on who would you rather play with. Shq or Kobe....

Yeah I'll eat my words there. I have loved watching Miami play this year and have found myself cheering them on, esp. during their win streak.

The Heat and Houston have a lot of nationally televised games this year.

well offensively kenyon has let me down a little...

but on the boards they are avrging close to 20 and 7 blks per game between kmart and the camby...so thats pretty good..

yeah i dropped his ass from one league and kept him on another..i picked up j nelson and hes been great the last week 1/2 since he got the start @ point and they moved stevie to the 2 spot..also picked up mike james from houston..pretty decent #'s..
