Pearland/Friendswood people

I don't venture into over there all that often so I am wondering if any of you know of some *nice* apartments in that area? I am not looking for some old rundown complexes but something relatively new that is pretty safe/secure and preferably have garages available. Throw me some names if you know some...

St. Andrews is pimp, so is The Club at Tranquility Lakes, and I think it's called Mary's Creek, off of Pearland Parkway. The first 2 are off 518 by 288. I don't know about Friendswood though.

there is also one in front of westoaks westlake apartment they have garage and one i dont konw about but its on pearland pkwy just pm me if u need directions the one on pearland pkwy u have to rent the garage and if u have that supra u best get a garage and i think it cost $$$$ to rent

isnt too much in friendswood. there are a few close to friendswood, on bay area blvd. there's one near bay area blvd. and nasa rd 1 that has garages and looks pretty nice...dont know the name though

there are some nice apts right behind baybrook mall....i don't remember what they are called. . .but kinda pricey. . .

Yeah, the ones behind Baybrook are nice. There are some nice ones on Friendswood Dr. here and there. Try going to a grocery store around here and pickup an apartment guide.

The club at tranquility lake is very pimp and very new, bout 3-4 min. from 288. I think they are even still workin on a few apartments.....
St. Andrews is very nice also, new, right next to 288.
I think the one bedrooms at both of those places are around $750-$800 bucks. :thumb:
