i hope this isnt anybody friends, family or co-workers. its a very sad situation! from what i was told by the renta cops that 2 guys that worked at babin's (restuant by AMC 24) parked there car at Benigains and went out. they came back later that night around 4am and found someboy in his car. so they pulled him out and beat his ass and sent they kid on his way!. couple min. later the kid that got beat down. came back and shot the guy and his friend. for more info go here

I hadn’t talked to him since he moved after my freshman year and went to Westfield I think. I talked to my friend last night she said that John and his friend were jacking the car when the four guys came out of Bennigans. They kicked their ass and let them go. About 3-4 min later John and his freiend came back with a .45 and shot the 1st guy in the car and the other guy as he ran towards 249.

First off I am not defending anyone. Yes John was my friend but apparently he changed a lot since I saw him 3 years ago.

The whole thing was seriously FUCKED UP

1. John got high on bars and decided to go jack a car with some kid.

2. John got caught by the owner and INSTEAD of subduing the car jackers and calling the police like he should have “Messimer, Ciaramitaro and their two friends confronted the two suspects and removed them from the cars and PHISICALY ASULTED THEM” (NOTE this is a 16 year old MINOR and a small 18 year old kid VS. 3 20+ year old men) If they would have called the police then John and his friend would have stayed a few days in jail and got probation and Messimer and Ciaramitaro and their 2 friends would have all went home. (Not that I cant blame them I would kick the persons ass who is trying to jack my car too)


3. After the 3 men beat the shit out of the 2 kids “were then told to leave on foot and leave their car behind” (note they took the car so they were steeling too)

4. John and his friend came back “and opened fire with a .45-caliber semiautomatic pistol” Killing Messimer & Ciaramitaro in the parking lot.

One bad decision left 2 man dead and will probably land one in prison for a long time and fuck up the other ones life (he is a minor so he cant be trailed for capital murder)

If I walked up to my car and saw two guys breaking into it, I would definitely get physical (if i were a guy anyway). I think that what they did was just a spontaneous thing, they didnt think, "hey, lets not get so enraged and take it out on these guys, instead lets take the time to detain them and call the cops and calm down."
The fact that the theif came back and shot the guys just adds to my opinion of how horrible this guy must have been. He was no longer being threatened with physical harm, so why go back? I mean shit, the guys didnt even make them stay and wait for the cops, they had a chance at getting out of town and running, even if the other two people did have their ID's.

This is depressing, but its not going to keep me from going to AMC 24, I personally like that area, and it is very close to wear I live. One bad thing doesn't change my view of it.
