Wtf my CS is out of date?

I tried gettin on today and to my surprise i got rejected because it said that my Counter Strike version is out of date. I continued to let the game update it for me. It connected to sierra and try to download the latest update. For some reason it said that there is no latest version to update! wtf. So it wont let me play and it was fine till today, someone please tell me what the hell is goins on.

The WON servers went down on Feb 3. Therefore it seemed as if your CS.exe file was saying it was outta date thinking since WON wasnt responding there must have been an update. So it poped up that option to update and there was no UPDATE to UPDATE to....because the WON servers werent functional for a period of time. If I am correct, everything should be working correctly now right?
